Raw materials are sourced directly from contracted farms in Upper Egypt, Fayoum and Beni Suef with no intermediaries.
Samples are tested before purchase. Raw material enters our facility only after passing quality specifications. Rejected lots are returned.
Approved raw material is stored at our Fayoum facility. Every batch is identified and logged for full traceability.
Raw material undergoes cleaning, sifting, cutting and drying according to product type and client specification. Sterilization is available where required.
Products are packed in 25 kg polypropylene or multiwall paper bags to client specification. Labels are applied before container loading.
Every shipment leaves with a full documentation package: COA, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, health certificate, agricultural certificate, packing list, commercial invoice and bill of lading.
